On Campus Housing
Traditional dormitory rooms are available on campus within a short walk to all Conference and evening concert venues. Rooms include free parking and free wireless internet. Single occupancy rates are $33 per person per night, or double occupancy at $30 per person per night, plus a one-time $15 linen fee per bed. Within a ten minute walk are the University’s Brockton Avenue Apartments. Each four-bedroom, two-bath unit includes air conditioning, kitchen with garbage disposal, dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, microwave (but no utensils) and living room. Private rooms with single beds are $35 per person per night, plus one-time $15 linen fee. Practicing in both facilities is allowed within reasonable hours (note: no elevators).
Note: On-campus housing must be reserved with on a separate form found here (not on the Conference registration form) no later than June 1, 2018.
Off Campus Housing
Special rates for AHS National Conference guests are available at three hotels. Guests must make hotel reservations directly with the Hotel and mention the “Harp Society Group”. Hotels are not within walking distance of the campus.

Varied dining options are available on and near campus, including the University Commons Cafeteria. Although individual meals may be purchased, for the greatest convenience select the Conference meal plan. Gluten free, vegetarian, organic and other dietary options are available – see menus and more at www.redlands.cafebonappetit.com. A Saturday closing luncheon is complimentary for all Conference registrants.
Conference meal plan, Wednesday dinner through Saturday breakfast (8 meals) = $89.70 including tax.
The Officers & Executives Luncheon, for chapter officers and AHS leadership, will be on Thursday, June 27th. Tickets are $25, and available with your Conference registration.
Both the meal plan and the Officers & Executives Luncheon are available to purchase when registering for the Conference, and may also be added by modifying your registration through the Member Portal prior to the cutoff reservation date of June 1, 2018.
